Just received service from a great technician, Donald. He was friendly and professional. He thoroughly checked the whole unit and found several issues, which he promptly fixed. As opposed to just throwing parts at it. AC is working great now. Company also came out very quickly and gave me a 30 minute heads up before they showed up. Would definitely recommend.

This has been the best HVAC company I’ve ever dealt with. Between Rob’s excellent communication and Justin’s exceptional service - I’d give a hundred stars if I could. Justin was knowledgeable, fair, and kind. You could tell he truly knew what he was doing and gave detailed explanations and advice. Someone give this guy a big big raise!While I hope not to have to talk to them again anytime soon 😜 if any issues arise I will be calling them. Highly highly recommend!!!

This company came out from a home warranty call. The gentleman was fine; however, the repair failed within 30 days and they had to come back. The gentleman said “If it breaks again, they (the home warranty company) will have to call someone else because I have already lost money having to come back.” Well, it has been a bit, and I am embarrassed to say I have not kept up cleaning the reusable filter. I went to clean it yesterday AND THERE IS NO FILTER!! This man removed and apparently kept my reusable filter! Beware!!!

12.12.24Piedmont, OKDonald came to repair our 1994 Heating Unit. It had completely quit. Fortunately, our fireplace and electric portable heater kept us warm during the night.He called ahead to let us know he was enroute. The wife didn't ask for an ETA. He arrived very courteous and congenital. He has 20 plus years of experience and went right to work. He troubleshot the unit and determined the ignitor and temperature sensor was the problem. He changed the ignitor and cleaned the temp sensor. A nice blue flame was produced. He then checked for CO (carbon monoxide) in a floor vent and determined it was a zero reading. He cautioned about closing off vents as this affects the return air back to the heater cabinet and therefore affects the flame and can produce CO into our house. Lesson Learned - Do not close off any heating vents. They can be turned down but do not close them off.Conclusion: This heating tech is a professional with decades of experience. He is a tribute to his company uniform. He is welcomed back to our home.

If I could give zero stars I certainly would. When our upstairs heater caught on fire they sent Don out to look. When he fist got here he asked me where my husband was so he could talk to the owner of the house (I own the house). He told me multiple times how I was lucky to be alive and that if I didn't have a new unit (financed through his company) that I would never have another restful nights sleep. He turned in the report to my insurance company and they said that only a single part needed to be replaced. When I called to get a 2nd opinion or to understand what had happened the company refused to talk to me further unless it was to schedule an appointment. When I reported don for all the inappropriate comments they said they would investigate and nothing came of it. When I called today to get an update because I still do not have heat in DECEMBER they said the only people that could help me were the owners who are out of town and they didn't know when they would return. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE WORTHLESS AND YOUR TIME AND MONEY IS BETTER SPENT ELSEWHERE!

So our compressor went bad and had York send us the paperwork for the waranty on this unit. After talking over the phone with All Confort they quoted anywhere in the ballpark between $1,100 and $1,300. They would have to remove the old compressor, install the new one, and fill it with new frion. They came down to declare the compressor non functional on the spot. After checking the ovious they doubled the quoted prize and expected us to just pay for their visit and said they were going to call us and see if York was going to work with them. Either some one is not well trained on giving out prize estimates on the phone or are these guys are screwing people up. BTW their techs will become agressive if you tell them they are wrong for misquoting customers! Bad Service Stay away from this company!!

Air Comfort Solutions was the 2nd place my warranty company put in an order for. The 1st placed didn’t get back within the 24-48 guaranteed. Air Comfort Solutions called to set up an appointment within 24 hours of getting the order. They were quickly trying to get me on the schedule. Rob worked with my schedule so that I didn’t have to take off work.They were prompt and polite. Travis came out expeditiously and got our heat going. He walked us through what we needed to know. He even asked if we had questions. Thank you so much Air Comfort Solutions for coming out and fixing our heater. My family and I greatly appreciate it!

Travis was awesome in addressing my issue. My upstairs room was not cooling at all and would get into the 90s even during the evening. He was on time and worked diligently to get the problem addressed. Fortunately, he already had the replacement parts with him so there was no need to wait. I can now feel air coming through the vents and see the temperature lowering. Great job!-------11/13/24 UpdateMy home warranty company called them again for a winter checkup on my system and the appointment went well. The Tech corrected my mistake in installing my thermostat. Very much appreciated. Satisfied customer in both visits.

I only went through this company because of my home warranty.They came out twice to look at my unit within 3 days and never reached back out to me. After a week, I called them back for a follow-up and left my info with gentleman more than once . He assured me that the owner would call me back the next day. Now, it's going on a month and still no returned call. I am pleased to know this isn't the only HVAC company in town.

Had them do some work through our home warranty companyEdited (6/11/24) for work found weeks later by a separate contractor. Steer clear of these folks. They attempted to hide damages they caused (using plumbers putty) which in turn cost another $900. Stay away from this company. Run in your home warranty wants to use them. Nothing good can happen.Edit to update (June 13). The company refunded the cost of the lost refrigerant. This needed to be noted.

We have American Home Shield (home warranty) they contract with many air companies. We’ve had to deal with a few over the years. Most of them who’ve came out only wanted us to buy a new AC unit, not fix the parts that are broken/covered. I asked for another company to be sent, and they sent All Comfort Specialist! They got us fixed right up, didn’t try and tell us to buy a new unit and we have freezing cold air again!! Absolutely love, and highly recommend this company and all their staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Don from All Comfort Specialist Heating and Air was sent to us from AHS. He was very prompt and courteous, diagnosed our problem. A part had to be ordered , but as soon as it came in, he was here to put it on. Just wanted to thank him again for his hard work in getting it fixed.

0 out of 10 do not recommend. I had the worst experience with this company since my first visit. They initially tried to upsell me on products and when I declined they tried to write my claim off as weather aka act of God. I had to contact American Home Shield for a second opinion, in which they sent out another company that deemed it not a weather related incident so AHS sent these guys back out to my house to still not get the job done and after months and 3 more visits later they still did not fix my air. I had to pay AHS another service fee to send out another company to fix what All Comfort did not. Not only did All comfort not do their job but took my lennox touch screen thermostat and replaced it with a much cheaper model that was not correctly wired to my upstairs air unit. They also made sure they did not put on their notes that they replaced it so that they wont be responsible for it and billed AHS for services they did not provide. Buyer please be aware, you can find a much more honest and speedy service than this company, they are an absolute nightmare. I've been going back and forth with this company since August of 2023 and its May 2024.

American home shield sent out one company that did not correctly diagnose the issue with my heat and air system and AHS would not cover the issue. I asked for a second opinion and they sent out all comfort specialist they got the issue figured out and got my system up and running with nothing out of pocket! Both technicians they sent out did an awesome job and were extremely personable and highly professional!

As usual, these guys take such good care of us. They have installed new heat&ac systems in 2 of our homes. We had an issue with the heater in my sons room, and they were out the next morning.
