Outstanding work. Fast and very professional.

On Tuesday our Ac quit same day as warranty went out. My husband sent me Air comfort phone number to call to come out. So I did. They came out Wednesday and when I showed paperwork to him it wasn’t Air Comfort it was All Comfort (easy mistake). So Air Comfort charged me $75 for visit and said we needed a new unit inside and out and would send me quotes. He also told me that the Freon for our unit was obsolete and it was hard to get and it was very expensive. So anyway on Wednesday, I called All Comfort to come out and look and hoping they may help me with the #Warranty since it was the same day. They said the manufacturer wouldn’t so on from there. Jeremy came today 8-7 and cleaned the outside unit changed all the capacitors and we have air. So Air Comfort sent me quotes for air-conditioning units from $13,500-$32,000 stating we needed a new unit. All comfort fixed our unit with $125 service call the parts and the maintenance for a year for a total of $504 so I’m telling you do not call Air Comfort for any of your air-conditioning problems.  Oh and All Comfort told me that they can still get our Freon and it’s cheaper than the new one. And I thank God and praise God for helping this to be not as expensive as we were afraid it was going to be. God is good.💖. I will do all my heat and air with All Comfort.

Outstanding service and they care about the customer. Our experience from everyone we interacted with was very positive. We had both AC units that started shutting down right before the heat wave and actually stopped during it. Office staff quickly scheduled our service and did a great job keeping us informed throughout the process. Technician showed up on time, prepared, and worked in 110+ heat index to get both units working again. Then he had to enter the attic area to service the blower units. Can’t imagine what the heat index was in there but he worked through it. All Comfort LLC is a professional and customer focused company. Would highly recommend them if you need any work done. American Home Shield (AHS) covered the repairs, less deductible.

All Comfort is a professional and qualified to handle all your AC needs. I want to mention Gabriel the service man and Rob and Katina in the office. They are wonderful 👍.
